Brewing method:
1. Proportions:
5–7 g per 100 ml
2. Water:
90–95 °C
3. Rinse:
1-2 times quickly (2-3 sec.), drain.
4. First straits:
10–15 sec.
5. Next:
Increase by 5-10 seconds each pour.
Holds the flavor for 8-12 steeps, gradually revealing warm woody tones.
