📌 Taste:
Deep, soft, and mature. The classic profile of mature shu pu-erh: moist earth, dark wood, cocoa, nuts, and light dried fruit notes. The taste is smooth and clean, without harsh bitterness. The finish is warm, slightly sweet, and lingering.

📌 Aroma:
Earthy and woody, calm and mature. Notes of old wood, damp soil, cocoa, and dried leaves. As it warms, a soft sweetness and a noble depth of aging emerge.

📌 Brewing method:
Gongfu (gaiwan/teapot 100-150 ml):

  1. Proportion: 6-8 g per 100 ml

  2. Water: 95-98 °C

  3. Rinse: 1-2 short rinses for 5-10 seconds

  4. Spills: start with 8-12 seconds, gradually increasing

  5. Withstands 8-10 washes

It reveals its full flavor when steeped firmly. Ideal for leisurely tea drinking and for lovers of classic aged shu pu-erh.
